This weighs 1.6 grams and has a diameter of 16 mm.

I agree Masonic--with the hand and eye design elements, it looks like Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) to me. I'm not sure of the meaning of the P4 counterstamp, but consider requesting to the mods to move this to the tokens section of CCF so that @exoguy sees it.

Thanks, @alganbagerap. Another mystery solved. Not mystical at all. One source suggests that the P 4 stamps represent the owner of the arcade where it was used.

Yes, most early tokens carried a site specific coding.
