I posted this 1909 VDB in the Modern U.S. Grading section today and someone pointed out that it looks to have a rim Cud, possibly unlisted, at the 7:00 position on the reverse.

I've also decided to share the photographs in the Variety and Errors section as well to see what people think.

Good idea! Looks like a Cud to me and I'll be interested to hear if they agree.

That could easily be missed. great find.
If the coin had any wear at all, it probably would not have been discovered.

I have submitted photos of the possible rim Cud to Cuds-On-Coins.com.

We'll see if they think it is an unlisted Cud, a lamination or something else.

J C Stevens at Cuds-On-Coins.com has designated my 1909 VDB as O4R.
