Sales began today for the 2019 U.S. Mint Silver Proof set. I have a subscription set up and got my notice early this morning.
For those wondering, these sets also ship with the special "bonus" envelope for the W cents. These was some speculation as to whether or not this was going to be the case.

Yup. According to the Mint Web Site... Quote:New this year! Premium Coin: The 2019 Silver Proof Set is accompanied by an additional 2019 Lincoln Penny with a reverse proof finish struck at the West Point Mint with a "W" mint mark. This special coin is packaged separately in clear United States Mint plastic wrap. I will be getting one.  |

Right but there was some question on whether or not the bonus storage envelope would accompany the clear USMint platic wrap-packaged W RP cent. Apparently it does.

Placed my order and it doesn't specify on the confirmation that there will be the W cent included like last time although it's mention in the item listing. last orders confirmation had an item number for the cent and the envelope, this one doesn't.
Also the picture doesn't show the envelope nor does their listing on their website show an envelope.
It just lists as the one item for the proof set. I'm not sure like I was last time that I will be getting the W reverse proof cent. Very unsure about the envelope.

Never mind, I just rechecked and the information updated on the order. the cent is a separate item as well as the envelope. all is well.
the envelope is included again.

Yep, the bonus cent didn't show when I placed the order, but it and the envelope do show on the confirmation that I received.

Order placed. Order confirmed. Reverse Proof Penny 2019 and Penny Envelope show up as separate items as expected.

Yeah, that cellophane baggie is not ideal. Clearly the idea for these W-cents was hatched after the order was made for packaging.

I am confident, the 2019-W separate Cent, in its own separate envelope, will be included and also believe they will be in better condition, at least the early received sets, the last 6 I received, had FLAWLESS Cents  included too.... Good Luck all.........  |

Mine is in the mail as well. I think the silver proof set has the best looking coins of any sold by the mint. I wish the 5 oz ATB P pucks were proof instead of vapor blasted. |

Mine should be here mid-next week. I've not been a big fan of the design chosen for the San Antonio Missions but I want to see it in silver before I solidify my opinion.
