well it sure doesn't look like mms-008 (used for 1969) IMO..does look like mms-006 inverted, but you have to ask yourself.."How did a mint worker get a hold of a mint mark stamp that has not been used since 1946, and if it is mms-006 why was this not discovered earlier?"...
