AU-55. Try to wait 48 hours before posting results so everyone gets a chance to chime in.

Amazing quality. Very, very nice!
My guess is MS64.
I see no wear, there's lustre, it's a good even strike and I don't see any marks.

Maybe MS63 is a better guess?
It's so hard to say. ICCS is brutal with Newfoundland coinage.

AU-58, unless those black streaks on the obverse are on the coin and not the holder.
Reminiscent of rubber band residue. Don't ask me how I know.

Perhaps it is the photography but I cannot note any MS about this.

Shame about the 'black' mark but, AU-50?

The black mark is just toning (I guess?). That should have little to no impact on the grade.
Anyway, it should have made MS in my estimation. ICCS is tougher on NL coins than they are on Canadian coins. If that was a Cdn coin the grading result would be different. It's a terrible grading imo. Where is the wear that would bring it down to AU. A simple grade is not enough! All grading service should have a note or description explaining the grade given.
Beautiful coin.
