White cents were a pretty hard strike because of the nickel in them, this one does not have full diamonds.

I'll go with VF-25 but an awful lot of greenery on that coin . Can probably soften that crud up with acetone or distilled water .

VF-20. Needs lots of attention with acetone and then a soft rose thorn to pick out the dirt between the headbands.

I use spines from the cactus of cylindropuntia imbricata never scratched a coin with them. Tips small enough to even clean out the B in Liberty on Lincoln cents

You need Verdi care to soften it up then pick at it.

Doesn't have the PVC look, more like old corrosion. If there is any sticky/goopy looking green then PVC but it looks pretty hard to me. May soak off, definitely worth a try, even a soft wet toothpick might help to remove the crud.

This one came in and looked like seller's pictures. This is what it looks like in hand after an acetone soak of 20 minutes, and verdi-care for 10 minutes on each side. 10 minutes airing out on each side to build the oxidized layer again. No picking at all. Looks like I see some improvement. Will soak in acetone and verdi-care some longer to see if it improves further. Thoughts so far? Thanks!

This is after another round of acetone and verdi-care, this time soaked for about 2x the previous length of time. I think the results are pretty good. There was no picking, the green seems to have dissolved into the solution. Thanks BadThad for inventing this product. Let me know if you have further thoughts.

Your 2nd applications look good although in my opinion I would have administered a tooth pick or thorn .
