Looking at the examples on PCGS, all the accented hair examples have that on the feathers. But I wonder if this is not a die issue, but a working hub issue. Because there are different doubled dies for the same reverse that have the same lines on all of them? Just checked John Wexler's site and he mentioned some of the reverses had an issue with Doubled Working hub issues and doubled master die issues. So now I've got to look at the regular examples also.  So far only on the accented hair coins, the lathe lines appear. Another marker?
