Please bear with me as I'm new at this.in all my pocket change that I have had for many many years I have found a 1998 D Roosevelt dime with multiple doubling on the torch side of the coin. Its on the fig leaf and stem some on the left side of the torch and in multiple spots on the oak leaf and on 4/5 letters on the Latin and maybe some other type of error on the top of the E T R and U in god we trust. I live in Canada and would like to get this coin Authenticated I do not know where send it or how I should send it or how much it would cost. is there some one out there that can give me some info on how to do this Thank you very much.
