If it measures at least 4 square mm, it may qualify as an interior die break. It looks comparable in size to IDB-5c-2006P-01R. I don't see an IDB listing yet for 2008-P.

I called Monticello and talked to the grounds crew and they are going to take a look and trim it back if needed
