"Water" spot on the dot between E & PLURIBUS has me concerned about a dip as well. If it is good to go, 64 - 66 is my range based on the pics...I just feel like the pics are hiding something in the fields on the obverse (because you can barely see the clash mark on the neck and it is so prominent on the reverse).

The more I look at it, the more I can't make up my mind. I originally thought 65, but the cheek is too clean for that. Not sure it's good enough to make 66 though. I really hate plus grades, but I'll say MS-65+.

I'm not changing my grade, still 64 but more likely as not to end up in a 65.

Solid 63 and chance at 64. Luster still weak with your photos.

Scruffiness of the face was well hidden in the first set of images. Down grading it from 65+ to 63/64.

1st thought was MS66 and wow, more I looked the more I didn't like it, 82 is a tougher dater but this coin didn't have the luster of a 66, I was agreeing with coinfrog, 66 or fraud, looks like the seller may have messed with lighting and maybe even a bit of photoshop to make this coin a lot better in photos than it really is. MS63 maybe a 64 on a good day for the submitter.
