A really bad case of Die Deterioration Doubling and Split Plate Doubling near the rims. The doubled columns are actually a realistic image of the opening at the front of the Lincoln Memorial as seen here. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting?
