$95. This is the first year of the Draped Bust Half Cent design and a respite from the endless 1804s that I encounter every day. Thoughts? Thanks!

Agree G-06, but are you seriously buying coins from pics like this? Without the true color?

Are you seriously asking me for the 2,000th time? Yes. I buy coins based on pictures where I can't even see the coin except through a unfocused haze. Seller's pics in this instance are razor sharp compared to what I'm usually looking at in terms of presentation.

I think this is better than g6. There is significant detail in the hair and I think it is on the high end of vg, almost at fine, but maybe not quite there. Color, I expect, will be more brown than what is presented here - but who knows.

On second thought, I think it makes fine. Even at F12 I am not seeing any hair or hairbow detail in the photograde progression.

Me thinks VG-10, not the 'sharpest' VG-10 in the shed, but a VG-10 nonetheless. Good looking

Solid VG-10 but not sure it will stretch out to F-12.

I think the "mushy" look will keep it from a 12. I'll go with a 10.

I took the liberty of enhancing the seller photos just a little bit to show the detail.

In my opinion, compared to the PCGS F-12 example Numismatic-student's example does have lesser detail, however the PCGS F-12 example does also seem to have unnatural colouration from what was likely an "old" cleaning, whereas numismatic-student's example looks more natural.

Even with "enhanced" photos, I'm still at VG-10.
