Thank you for the info. Sorry if I don't ask I'll never know but if it were DDD wouldn't it be displayed throughout the entirety of the coin and not only on the south side of the reverse? I can see the obverse side being that but the reverse is so deep it's obviously not from wear.

Definitely not a doubled die, looks like Die Deterioration Doubling to me. Just worth face value.

Please work on your photographs. The contrast is too soft, and are you holding your coin? It's really hard to analyze your coin with these photos. I *think* I can see DDD, but can't really see things from these photos.
