Rough field texture suggest a later strike off the dies, and that when freshly struck, it would have displayed very strong radial mint luster. Now has an undisturbed patina. Top bar of the '7' in the date a little weakly struck. There are a couple of tiny, but significant nicks which prevent it from getting to 64, therefore, MS-63 FH. Aging gracefully.
