2002 P Indiana State Quarter With A Rim Cud On Reverse? Help Please

I got this 2002 P Indiana quarter that looks like it may have a rim Cud on the reverse but I did not see any for the reverse on Cuds on coins but there were two for the obverse, any help in identifying this would be appreciated and thank you in advance

Looks to me more like a Rim Fin that has folded over as opposed to a Cud. I don't see any break on the rim.

I feel this is a rim Cud. It looks like a chip the edge of the die chipping away. Also note that the outside edge of the rim/edge area is higher than the normal rim. Die Cud.
