I'm scratching my head on this one I'm not sure why this would classified as cleaned considering there are zero hairlines, no matter which way you turn the coin. And it's toned six ways to Sunday. I've seen much worse coins get a pass. So even if it was cleaned at some point, I'd have thought that this would be the textbook definition of "market acceptable."
