Hi everyone :)

I'm new here and I'm happy to be part of this community! I live in Germany and English is not my mother tongue just so you know the reason behind potential linguistic errors :D

I have a question about my 1922 No D coin. I wonder in which category it belongs. I feel like it meets the criteria of strong reverse as there is no trace of a D, all letters in "TRUST" are sharp, "WE" is not mushy, reverse is sharp with nice wheat lines and I also think that the "L" in "LIBERTY" butts up against the rim. But only the second 2 in the date doesn't seem to be sharper than the first one, does it?
What Do you think? And am I right regarding the other points?

Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you for your replies! Unfortunately I don't know how to answer directly, if that is even possible

Some letters are misshapen, the design is shallow, and the rims are very weak. I believe this is a counterfeit. Not a real 1922 no D.

Looks fake to me. The rims look way off right away. Sorry, and that would not be the proper way to hold a high grade key coin in a couple of your pics, others you do just fine. You'll leave fingerprints on the surface with that pinch practice.

Yes counterfeit, and from a well known rev die. Look at the inside of the left wheat stalk just above the level of the U. See that lump" This reverse die has been seen on counterfeits from 1909 to at least the 1940's, on fakes, supposedly, from all three mints.

Here's an example of the die chip that @Conder101 was referring to:

Where did you get that coin from? IF you bought it, how much did you pay for it and any chance of returning it?
