Howdy here is a penny. It looks like something Under the surface of the coin.one pic it looks to me it's pushing up the n. A little. Not sure what to think. Had anyone seen or heard about this before. Thank for yalls time

IMHO that could be a die gouge or a linear plating blister.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

@ob, can you depress either of those linear bulges with a wooden toothpick? That might help us determine which of @pp55's possibilities you have there.

Under IN is DDD. Under CENT looks like linear trail gas bubble.

DDD=die deterioration doubling,but I meant " Ridge Ring" which is also a worn die issue.Your coin is also a minor MAD=misaligned die.

Also looks like an issue with Machine Doubling. Not a doubled die as nothing is enlarged.

ok interesting. Many times (but not always) linear plating bubbles can be depressed with a wooden toothpick. It is possible to be a couple die gouges, but no reason especially for them to be lined up like this.
