What do you want to know about it specifically? Like how much it's worth or something else. Please elaborate.

Nowhere as rare as some may think.
About 20 years ago, a coin dealer friend of mine went to the Long Beach Coin Show, and bought a job lot of about 200 spectacularly off center coins (mainly clad dimes and plated Cents), just like the example pictured. He sold them in Australia for $20 each.

Looks like it has some fingerprints on it. I would store it in a 2x2 to prevent further damage. Perhaps not super-rare or valuable, but a very nice example. I believe that ones that show the date have a higher premium.

Well it probably was moved out of the mint in a canvas bag. Until 2000 you could still buy bags. 2001 changed it to the pallet system. (reject since then are supposed to be shipped back to the mint) (Yeah, right!)
