What do you want to know about it specifically? Like how much it's worth or something else. Please elaborate.

Errers and Varietys.

Nowhere as rare as some may think.

About 20 years ago, a coin dealer friend of mine went to the Long Beach Coin Show, and bought a job lot of about 200 spectacularly off center coins (mainly clad dimes and plated Cents), just like the example pictured.
He sold them in Australia for $20 each.

Looks like it has some fingerprints on it. I would store it in a 2x2 to prevent further damage. Perhaps not super-rare or valuable, but a very nice example. I believe that ones that show the date have a higher premium.

Well it probably was moved out of the mint in a canvas bag. Until 2000 you could still buy bags. 2001 changed it to the pallet system. (reject since then are supposed to be shipped back to the mint)
(Yeah, right!)
