Found this out of a bank roll, I think it has DDO and DDR, but I always have a hard time telling if that's really what's going on.
Also on the obverse is seems like his nose is detached from his face, thinking maybe op die?

Anyway let me know what you all think. PCGS lists a DDO that has similarities I think. https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin/detail/147887

Weight- 11.25 gram

Usually when we see this, it is from aggressive die polishing by mint workers following a die clash. The shelf-like doubling on DOLLAR looks more like MD to me.

I agre , MD on reverse devices.

I don't see any DDO on the obverse but there is a nice abraded die error on the profile and the W of WE.

Machine doubling. The bridge of the nose is missing because of Feeder Finger Damage. When they removed these FFD, the mid devices were removed, weakening the nose are. You can see the whole left side fields are affected. Note the die was really worked over on this die. But it survived that was struck many more coins before it was retired.

Thanks everyone for some info, thought it might be something more to the 3 in the date and lettering of we trust for the obverse. But will have to look into abraded die and see the rest as MD now since they all seem "flat" with the exception of "we trust"

coop,

once again, thank you for the correction, I always thought that was due to Die abration!

Because of the location. On a lot of the larger coins we see that area affected with the reduced bridge issue:
