I'm watching them! There is a nice looking 1791/0 W.Friesland AU55 on ebay, not sure if it fits your budget.

It's the 3rd most common date/mint. Pop of 2, and 11 higher. Last night...

Those Silver Riders go for high prices! For my new Dutch Provinces Set, I think I will focus on 18th Century Provincial Silver Ducats.

1794, as noted, is pretty common. Insane market right now!!
On another note... how can "1733" "and "Rider"/"Ducaton" be in the title and there hasn't been one mention of the Vliegenthart wreck?!!

I just saw this topic and I have a good addition. I subbed a 1756 Holland Ducaton KM 90.3 Flowered-Edge to PCGS and it just came back MS63. No trueview images yet but I have these images.

I bought it from a secret source and I paid a killer of a price for it. Also trueview images came out.

At the usual sites such as MA shops, vcoins, etc. I only see circulated and/or cleaned coins. No nice MS whatsoever.

Thanks, going to consign it to Stack's Bowers soon if everything works out.

Is there a list of price indications somewhere for these silver ducats and ducatons?

Are the prices In the NGC World Catalog correct at all? A 1794 Silver Rider in MS62 should probably go for $1200. Not $6000.
