Is this an 1884 P VAM 8K?
I can see the die crack running through AMERICA, but it doesn't look like the image in VAM World.
VAM World shows the break running through the very top of AMERICA while mine is near the top.

Can anyone confirm this one for me?

Thanks.

I think you meant 1884 in your title. Yours looks like a very far date, perhaps VAM-9?

Zurie, I don't see any reference in the VAM 9 for the die crack in AMERICA, which is why I thought it might be the VAM 8K. Does the VAM 9 allow for the die crack?
Also, I'm having a hard time distinguishing between the far and the vary far date. Is there an easy way to make the distinction?

Here's one reverse of VAM-9 taken from VAMWorld with your exact reverse die cracks.

Zurie,
Thank you, you taught me something today - I had never noticed the little left and right arrows above the image on the Full Coin Photos.
I thought it was odd that only the front of the various dates was visible!

Last question for the day - I don't see anything on VAM World that shows prices. Does anyone know if there's a VAM price guide somewhere?
