I dont have any scales at the moment but I did check the coin with a magnet and it does stick.
It looks like there is another bust on the coin. Maybe the queen or idk.... it just looks like there is something extra going on up under the image or something.

maybe it was minted on top of some other coin... idk

Looks pretty normal to me. Perhaps you're "seeing" something that really isn't there, like animal shapes in the clouds.

It has been reprocessed.(re-plated). Not seeing anything out of the ordinary. Looks to be a normal steel cent.

I see nothing but a regular 1943-D Lincoln Cent. I think you maybe need to take a little break and rest the ol' eyes... Also, the queen of what? England had a king in 1943.

Edit: just to add to that, the UK has their own mint, so the only way a US coin could be struck over a UK coin is if an already-minted UK coin was fed into a striking chamber at the US mint. That would mean the planchet would have to be a UK coin (or whichever coin you're thinking this is), however, the planchet material seems very clearly to be that of a 1943 steel cent. Not sure how you figure this "error" would come about, but seems impossible to me.

At the moment I'm not seeing another bust or similar image under, or intermixed with Abe. I do see circulation wear in the cheek and jaw area.

Your coin has been reprocessed with adding plating to it. It is now just a Wheat cent. Not a BU or uncirculated grade. Just an altered surface on this coin. No collector value for it.
