@CH, is that circulation flattening on the letter Y of LIBERTY or is there some minor doubling too? The left arm is much wider than the right.

To me, this looks like a circulation hit rather than a BIE.

It's questionable. I'd hesitate to drop it into a 2x2, unless you prefer too.

It doesn't really look like a keeper to me, to be honest. If it's a BIE, it's very minor.

This maybe minor but has anyone looked close at the R it is square on the top, but this does look like it has been hit more then once there. coop once pointed out to me that gumball's killed coins. good luck ,and happy hunting

The couple known LDB4 BIE's are just little flags coming off the E, so this one would fit the pattern. That said, it's really just too hard to be sure from a photo on something like this so likely you will just have to make a call based on what you see in hand. Is there enough metal displaced from the E to create the flag from a hit, or not, essentially.
