There are so many privately packaged coins with various gimmicks, and probably nobody has a general listing of them. Still, the Morgan dollar seems to be high grade.
This is a typical way to market a common coin at a higher price than it's really worth. Wouldn't you pay more for a "millennium" dollar than an ordinary Morgan dollar?
The 1900 is a common date. This one is in AU (about uncirculated) grade, has likely been cleaned, and is worth maybe $25.
Personally, I would remove it from the packaging and put it into a 2x2 or flip. As mentioned, it has likely been cleaned but it's hard to tell from the pics.
