Sharper pics would help, but based on these blurry images, 63 sounds right.

63 too, pics aren't great. But the obverse color looks beautiful!

the 82(P) should be above average in strike the weak hair around the ear and softer breast will grade this one AVG- for strike. the blurry photos make it difficult to assess surfaces properly and whether or not the luster is broken on either side. there are multiple abrasions and scratches on the obverse however some may be on the holder like in the neck area but really cant tell. eye appeal is average with some peripheral toning. there appears to be a significant dig on the first "L" in DOLLAR. this could cause the coin to receive a details designation.
MS63 possibly details

No offense meant...I'm just not a big fan of toning...I would have walked/scrolled right by her. Some like blondes others brunettes...but if the right red-head walked by...? (toned) ok...back to the coin ; ) Rims look good...fields look ding free...acceptable amount of chatter on the cheek/neck/field but a pretty big ding on the reverse as panzaldi points out. MS63 for me smat
