This coin currently resides in an early ANACS holder. I am strongly leaning toward cracking it out and sending to PCGS. I think it is undergraded as is, and that's why I am asking your opinions on the grade. I will reveal the ANACS grade and the price I paid after I hear some opinions. As always, thank you. I would say MS-65 but the cheek and neck might have more contact marks than that would justify. Hard to tell from picture if those areas are nice.

I'd guess 63 in the ANACS slab.
Might do better after conservation and grading at PCGS or NGC.
Nice coin no matter what it grades.

I'll be at MS-64 on this one. Reverse at 65, but 63 obverse holds it back. Nice coin!

I am at 62, but the TPG's are most likely at 63. The coin has some nice rim toning and clean fields, but it is hard to get past the cheek and neck for a grade above 63.

I am at 63, but on the very cusp of 64. Unless it's in a 62 or lower holder, I wouldn't try sending it into PCGS

I will say MS-64 though the eye appeal on the obverse I dont personally care for. The only thing that keeps me going back and fourth on though is above the ear is that wear on the hair? Is this graded AU-58?

I'd say MS-63, but a 64 wouldn't be unreasonable.

MS63 due to cheek and neck.

The dark spots on the cheek and neck appear to be mostly breaks in the frost. I think easily MS64+ to MS65 today.
