Think it might squeak into 63. obverse looks PL but its difficult to tell if the reverse is from these pics, I'm leaning towards no

Pretty deep scars on that head, I'd also say MS-62.

I think the light washed out to PL appearance of the reverse as opposed to the obverse.
Lots of chatter and dings.

63 surprises me, but I've always thought that submitting to PMGs is usually a crapshoot.

just me personally but I wouldnt pay MS63 $$ for this coin. especially since you can find so many nice 63 examples of one
