What info have you found about the 1965 quarter to suggest that this is valuable?
To me, it looks like a regular quarter (one of the 1,819,717,540 that were minted) and worth .25 exactly.

I have read about an Error on the 1965 quarter. New to all of this so this is why I am asking. The word "Liberty" looks to be running off and on the back side "Dollar" looks to do the same.

A bit of Die Deterioration on a moderately-circulated coin. Worth .25.

You can find info on what legitimate coin errors look like by spending a bit of homework time online. It will greatly help you to be able to ID what a legit error is and save you some time.
