I just love finding "Unique" looking coins. I'm assuming this too is over polished dies and or Struck Through Grease. I just thought it was fun and different looking and wanted to share! During these horrible times I'm just hoping this brings a smile to your face! We need to name it I truly hope your all having a wonderful and safe Christmas everyone!

I have a mint sewn bag of these. About 90% are really over polished and have slight die rotation. The WEIRD thing is the bag of 5000 cents had 5624 coins. I did a post about this bag back in 2011. The coins have a mixture of missing necks, detached noses, detached mouth parts, missing bowties and most show die clash. The whole thing struck me as so strange that I still have all of the coins and the bag. I identified more than eight different die pairs from the bag as well. Here's a graded coin from that bag and another that shows heavy design missing on the bust of Lincoln.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

I found one of these last week. Any value to them? Thought it was a pretty funny variety.

Looks like the work of the mad polisher. It got even worse the next time he got his hands on that die.
