Need-Help-Identifying-A-Highly-Corroded-Copper-Colonial-Coin-/-Token-Id:-Hard-Times-Token

I found, via metal detector, numerous highly corroded copper coins beneath an original floor recently removed from a 1750's house in Bucks Co. PA. One was a King George III Irish (harp) halfpenny.

Attached is a sketch of another copper coin 29 mm dia. 2mm thick, about 9 grams. I can barely identify lettering but it appears there is wording in the center of the coin (perhaps "President"?) and perhaps an image above. Wording around rim seems to all be vertical but difficult to tell. Edge has fine dots inside rim. Other side nearly gone. Coin does not match American / UK styles. Perhaps another country or a token? Any potential leads as to its origin would be much appreciated.

Any ideas how to clean the coin to better view it? It has copper blue crystals growing on surface which I am hesitant to remove.

Very impressed by the collective knowledge of you all and hope you can shed some light on my interest. Also found a pig skull beneath the floor in front of the hearth which along with coins may have been a good luck talisman.

Thank you,
Phil

Well done! I am certain that is it since the illegible side does have a horizontal line across it!

Such an interesting coin too. Thus glad you were able to decipher.

Collective knowledge of you folks is amazing!

Thank you all.
