The bill passed both houses and when to the President for signing on the 24th. So far it hasn't been signed. If he doesn't sign it or veto it after ten days it becomes law if Congress is still in session. Tomorrow is day ten. However Congress is set to adjourn today I believe (New Congress starts tomorrow), and if they adjourn before he signs, since that is the end of this Congress the bill will die. (If they hold off till tomorrow or the bill is signed it becomes law. It is coming right down to the wire. Report this Post to the Staff

So we can't say "All Morgan dollars" are 100 years old until the end of 2021.
