the 81(O) have typical average strikes. the reverse on this is AVG- as attested to by the breast. broken luster across the cheek and some of the fields. lots of chatter but I think its better than 60. I would put it around MS61 or even might push 62. nice pickup for the price

MS62. Didn't make MS63 back then and I think it falls just shy today. Nice pick btw!

Decent luster, but I think there are signs of wear. I'd say AU-58. Can't go wrong at that price.

Nice one for 27$. Enough chatter on the obverse for a MS62

You guys are pretty good, you nailed it. Most of you called it an MS-62 and not the 60 it says on the holder. I was just reading an article about the Redfield hoard, and they were discussing the different Paramount holders (Redfield Hoard in Red, black for others), and the last line in the article about the holders was this ........
"One more tip: Don't go by the grade on the holder. There were only two grades when Paramount began holdering those dollars: MS60 and MS65. An MS62 today would be labeled MS60; an MS63 would be labeled MS65."
