Time to end the debate, this is no doubt a counterfeit. Beyond the obvious red flags the date position is not that of any obverse die.

Does not look like any genuine 88 S I have seen .
Counterfeit 100 per cent !
Give away safe the nose lip area and as stated date position is
Wrong . The grainy look is Chinese counterfeit .

I'm by no means a pro...but at first glance her chin and lips looked odd to me....thanks to CCF members I guess I've been picking-up on spotting fakes
