Hello, I bought this coin for 900€ (1093$) + shipping. Do you think that is a fair price?

I think that price is pretty much what you would expect to pay retail. Congrats on the purchase.

@just carl: actually, I saw that the seller offered the coin for 1000€ (1212$) but the coin seemed to have good luster and eye appeal... thats why I suggested the price of 900€ and the seller accepted :D If I would have known that the seller accepted this price, I would have tried to go even lower...

@all: do you agree that the coins has nice eye appeal/luster for ms 61?

I agree. Looks to be in line with sold prices on ebay.

A year ago I was finding and buying the $10 liberty common date for melt + 10% in a TPG holder in grades AU58 to MS62.

Today with the gold prices going up the retail price for a common date $10 liberty is more in line with melt + 20%. You paid fair market value.
