@dtcm, first welcome to CCF. Second, rather than making us guess, it is always preferable to just tell us what you are seeing. With that said, I see a plating blister next to the mintmark (so not a RPM), surface staining, and scattered circulation marks. What do you see with the coin in hand?

Yes, that split plating/plating blister at the mintmark is a signature zinc issue, not an error. And there's a stain of sorts on the reverse at the 3 o'clock position. And, perhaps, another (smaller) zinc blister/boil/ulcer at the top of Lincoln's head (edge of hair near T in TRUST). Sadly, no errors (that I can see).

Can't be a RPM anyway,they stopped in 1990.

It will be much easier to answer your question if you explain what those : (Multiple noticable possible errors )are.
