Unfortunately, it looks like a well-traveled 1923-P Lincoln Wheat cent with a mintage of 74,723,000.

@biker, while I'm not seeing any mint errors, I'm happy to tell you what I see. This is a well-loved cent from the '20s that shows significant circulation wear and an unfortunate rim bump.
