I found this penny. I did test it with a magnet and it is copper. Now what I see personally and what is printed on both sides of this penny and the fact I believe it is copper doesn't all compute in my head. I can't figure out if this is a mistake entirely.. I want some opinions on the year, I'd it's the year I think it should be wheat. Thank you.

What is it that you think you see? Looks like a normal, although damaged 1974. Welcome to the forum!

Certainly a copper Lincoln Memorial cent. Larger, high resolution photos would help in trying to determine the coin's date.
