I would pass, those pictures are very likely hiding a major problem with the coin

I mean sure, but it wont sell for 7 cents, so you're probably wasting your time. You can bid $25 on almost every silver dollar on ebay and you probably wont win a single one.

Learn to grade an assess photos properly. There's plenty of evidence the photos have been deliberately altered. Usually a good tell to run away.

1) It appears to be polished.
2) The coins in the third picture are all fake. It probably goes without saying that that's a major red flag.
3) It won't sell for less than $29 or so.

If you dont mind buying coins that have been cleaned or whizzed. Look at his neg feedback, most are for cleaned coins. He has a history of cleaning coins. He has a large inventory and most look cleaned.
Another item that bothers me is Item location. Not Specified.

Review the seller's feedback to see multiple complaints of cleaned coins and circulated coins described as uncirculated.

I would rather have a common Morgan in really high condition,
than a scarce Morgan of a lower grade of equal price.

If nothing else, the fakes in allegedly higher grade
are harder to reproduce, and easier to tell from genuine.

I agree that it looks polished to me. Excluding proof coins (which this is not), coins should not have a mirror like / reflective appearance.

On high grade coins, I'd look for cartwheel luster:

Don't do it! It's cleaned or polished. I remember this seller too. Click on feedback then click on negs.
