Also there is a hole in the temple and several holes on the memorial.
And this pennies diameter is a lil bit smaller than a regular penny, and weighs 2.4g.

This is on a normal zinc cent, the plating is wearing off the rim area. Thus you are seeing the zinc. (removal was probably intentional)

Looks like a Dryer Coin to me.

Either way, whatever happened to it is PMD, it's not struck on a dime planchet.

If it were on a dime planchet,
1. The color would all be the same.
2. The weight would be the same as a Dime (2.27 grams)

3. The strike would be closer to the rim with the edge devices.

but in the olden days, a member name like that would not be "Family friendly".
I think we are still a bit picky about that here. Please ask to have it changed to maybe Irishkid or something.
