ok. So the larger bump in the middle is part of the design. The smaller one higher up and closer to the 'S' may be a small die chip. I looks raised by looking at the shadows created from the light originating from the upper left and comparing it to the raised devices (the larger bump and the s and u Which reads as "E-PLURIBUS-UNUM"
