I sold one of my cherrypicks this weekend and made an offer on this coin with the profit. Everything worked out and the coin has true view! Thanks for looking!! https://www.PCGS.com/cert/40117456

Great coin! I personally would pay more just for a trueview, as my photography is no where near what PCGS can do.

That's a beauty! Always nice when you can reinvest some profit in a piece you really like, especially a nice off center like this one. Full date and mint mark, strong example!

Thanks guys. Seem like the way offcenter wheaties don't come up very often, I figured I'd snag this one. Definitely a bonus with true view!

Nice coin. I have a couple questions please. What did the coin cost you? What did PCGS charge you? What is the retail value of the coin slabbed? How do they put an odd shape coin in a slab? Thanks, John1

Thanks for the comments guys John 1. I bought this coin already slabbed for $129. (I sold a quarter I had $80 in for $350 two days ago). From what I see it costs $65 for mint error plus at least $18 grading fee so the seller has at least that in the coin. I'm not sure the retail value but did a little research and there were circulated coins for the same price or higher.

Thank you for the response. Looks neat how it fits in the holder. Can you please tell me what exactly true view consists of? John1

Yea John funny looking holder. True view is basically really good pictures of your coin that will pop up when you enter the Cert number of the coin. If the coin doesn't have it, there won't be a picture linked to the Cert. I've noticed that most coins with the gold shield have it.
