I found this 1980d cent with lines on it. I would like to know if it is a true woody. If it is I would like to to know how to clean the staining off.

Those are roller lines, which are pretty common on cents from the late seventies and early eighties. Woodies are created when the alloy isn't mixed properly and ends up with tin/zinc-rich spots that get stretched out when the stock is rolled.
The marks in the third picture are PMD, yeah. The coin has a bit of a Rim Fin on the right side that's susceptible to damage.

These are called rolling lines. They appear after the BU look goes away. They are only on the surface and they wear off the coin. (You will see this on the tops of the devices first) But they are not a woody. A woody is a poor mix of the metal. On a woody they are not surface, but are all through the planchet.

I agree with COOP. Your line are very tiny and near each others, also switching the coin will be sane. When rolling the planchet happened some times. The exact cause is not precisely defined.

The woody in general will has bigger decolorization and the line are not opposite same or exact parallel on both side. One is the result of the melting process and the other of the rolling of the metal. Is not proved yet but me I suppose that is due to the lasts rolls where more debris or impurities could agglomerate.

Is there a value premium to these roller lines?

Agree with the above. A premium? Sadly, no.

No premium for roller lines, which will eventually disappear.

Coinfrog has this 100%. The lines will just rub off. Spend it and keep searching!
