I think the third arrow clockwise, I can see a rather large Cud on the back of Queen's hair. I remember finding many post-2008 20 pence coins with various Cuds when I was in the UK. I think someone living in the UK can give a better answer though.

These pennies were churned out in the hundreds of millions every year (at least until 2017) and examples with Cuds, grease-filled dies and other signs of Die Deterioration are quite common.
