Bag marks are coin damage. The obverse devices look normal sized. The dual light glare is confusing you. (Single light sources are better for micro photos. A single light produces light and shadows. Two lights removes the shadows)

Given the photos as posted, I'm not seeing any doubling, nor die clashing. I am seeing some decent sized gashes. Try using a diffused light source if you post new photos--place a sheet of lighter weight white paper or some translucent white plastic between your light source and the coin.

@rc, right in front of Abe's eyes, I see two parallel dings. My guess is that you were thinking that this was part of the potential die clash as they are parallel and about the same distance apart as the stripes on the shield from the rev. However, they are in the wrong location to be a die clash as the wide part of the shield matches up with the area in front of Abe's mouth. When I am trying to assess whether a coin has a clash or not, looking at an overlay to see if the devices line up is the most important thing for me.

Not seeing even a slight clash in supplied pictures - will wait for your scoped pictures.

Was thinking damage was made from die because no scuffing or any other damage that would be a PMD red flag..

Ah ok. That is an easy mistake to make--don't worry about it. We are all learning here. A gouge on the die would show up proud on the coin when struck. At least from these pics, all of the gouges look to be incuse and therefore are damage to the coin.
