I'm seeing circulation hits and dings on the lettering in IGWT--perhaps a bit of very early Die Deterioration in the same area as well. Not seeing a DDO.

The real DDO has spread on the centers of the devices:
1966-P-Double-Die-Obverse-Found!
1966-P-Double-Die-Obverse-Found!
1966-P-Double-Die-Obverse-Found!
1966-P-Double-Die-Obverse-Found!
1966-P-Double-Die-Obverse-Found!
Note the notching on these tops of the devices?
