This catalogue states that it was issued by "Square Deal productions" and designed by Andor Orand. It is as legitimate or not as any other privately issued item. I have many such fantasy items which I regard as entertaining but I do not attach great value to them. This looks like an item that I would get, but not for $200 that is for sure.
