coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/14/2021 11:33 am Well it is a normal mintmark. The areas showing distortion on the center area are from a damaged mintmark punch. Many dies show this distortion even on other denominations. Not a RPM. Report this Post to the Staff
