It is hard to tell because of the damage, but it looks like it.

That is the one. You can tell by the incomplete lower loop and also the placement of the S mint mark. This is a fairly rare die, coupled with the fact that the ball serif or trumpet tail mint mark is considered scarce for 1946. It seems that only 13 to 16 working dies had this type mint mark and only one of them was inverted. This is the only inverted mint mark for the Lincoln series.

I should have read this before I tried turning my monitor up-side-down.
Just kidding ... Nice coin, are there inverted mint mark varieties like this for the Jefferson nickel in any years?

I have found five so far and that is due to some very serious searching. None in BU and the best is an AU-50. To give you an example; one very well known variety/error coin dealer sells the 1946-S ball serif mint mark for $35. 00 @ MS-65 ($20.00 over the other two mint marks for this year). If we were to apply a scarcity scale to the inverted mint mark, we are looking at a $350.00 to $450.00 coin for the inverted mint mark. Does that open your eyes?
