I've got several coins that I think I see doubling or letters/words in random places that I would like help or advice on. Since I have several 1984 pennies I'll start with this one.

Not seeing any doubling, do see the emergence of Die Deterioration on the obverse. Perhaps a mild case of misaligned die (MAD) in there as well. Beware the lure of Pareidolia.
